I'm not sure if you remember, but Hooligfan is one of the villains from my Grdiverse project. I created him about two years ago and this is his redesign, but in Chibi style. His power is multiplication, hence all the duplicates attacking our hero in this illustration.
If it's not obvious, I was inspired by the so-called "culture" surrounding football/soccer, spiced up with money, manipulated nationalism and raging hooliganism. And no, this isn't against sport and everything good it provides; it's about every weak minded fool who puts on a black hoodie and thinks their mistaken ways mean progress and change. And they've been rapidly multiplying in real life, too. 😞
In my drawing, my superhero Davorachnid is trying to fight them, no matter how outnumbered he is. And in real life... well, it's more depressing, because it looks like they're allowed to do whatever they want and their actions evidently meet with conservative politicians' approval. And not just in my country. 🤷♂️
So, my original design included a baseball hat and a buff (a face cover), but this time I changed it to a mask similar to Deadpool's, but with soccer ball patterns (pentagons) to match the whole theme. But don't let the mask fool you, it's just a detail, because he's a typical villain. OK, more like brainwashed by his evil bosses and false convictions, just like his real life counterparts.
